Question | How can I book a session with KSP?

Answer | We start with a consultation to discuss what it is you are looking for, answer any questions and learn about what makes Kate Schwindt Photography unique. From there we will discuss location ideas, clothing options and the best date and time for your customized session. Our busiest time of year is spring/summer (Senior Portraits) and late fall (Family). Full payment of the sitting fee is required to hold the date/time.

Question | When do you schedule your photo sessions?

Answer | All photo sessions are on location…which you choose! Our only exception is if there is a newborn and your home does not offer sufficient light, then we will host the session at our studio in Littleton, CO. For sessions on location, we believe in photographing you or your loved ones during a very specific time of day— either in the mornings between within 1 - 2 hours of sunrise or in the evenings within 1 to 2 hours prior to sunset. Newborn sessions are best in the mid-morning.

Question | Do you offer digital files?

Answer | Digital files are not included in your session fee. All digital files, prints, and unique products, and are sold separately.

KSP photography is artwork that we hope you and your family will cherish forever. As with any artist, we take great pains to be sure your finished products are of highest quality, which we can guarantee by using certified photography labs. Your local photo shop or pharmacy will not have the same kind of results, which is a reflection of our work. As a result, we do not offer digital files on CD. However, we do offer matching digital files for our luxury albums and framed wall prints.

Question | What investment will I be making with KSP?

Answer | This is dependent upon the type of session your looking for and what prints/products you want to purchase. Our clients average about $400-$500 for a session with KSP. Feel free to call us at 303.801.8419 to discuss sitting fees and unique print and photo products. We offer a full range of products including top quality prints on professional photo paper in traditional to artistic sizes, signature albums, gorgeous gallery-wrapped canvases, wood and metal prints, and heirloom standard and mini accordion books (they make great gifts for grandparents or high school seniors), and more.  * Discounts cannot be combined with sitting fee packages * Full payment of your sitting fee is required to consider your session booked * Full payment for print/ photo product order is due at ordering appointment. Payment plans are available, but the order will not be processed until the full payment is received * 8% Colorado Sales Tax added to all products and services * All prices/ products subject to change * Accepts cash, check or credit card.

Question | What photography sessions do you offer?

Answer | We specialize in photographing today's youth and their families. What makes Kate Schwindt Photography unique is our strong relationship focus on each client, and our uniquely customized photo sessions. Most of our sessions are on location, however, we have a studio in Littleton for in studio sessions including headshots and boutique/ fashion photos!

Question | Where are your session locations?

Answer | We prefer to photograph our clients someplace special to them. Whether it is a local park or in Downtown Denver, we are open to your suggestions and ideas. We hold permits for several local parks and event centers.

Question | I am not local to Denver, Colorado, do you travel?

Answer | We love to travel for photography sessions for my clients! For photo sessions that require travel (over 45 miles from Highlands Ranch, CO), travel fees are paid for by the client and an additional travel rate applies. Please contact us at kate@kateschwindtphoto.com for more details!

Question | How do I view my photos after you have edited them?

Answer | We do in person ordering appointments at our studio in Littleton, CO. Here you will get to relax and enjoy a slideshow of your edited prints. We will go through each one, allowing you to choose your absolute favorites for your prints or any other unique photo products! We have samples of our print and photo products so you can visualize your images in whichever photo products you choose.
